25 years ago JJ realized that truck drivers had nowhere to stop off for a coffee & some human interaction on the long lonely road from the ferry in Rosslaire to cork port.
So he built a tiny mobile food truck and 25 years later than has grown into a fully seated artic food truck that works 7 days a week.
Did we mention it looks out to sea?
